The Intent for a Talisman is Specific and its
Conjuration is Ceremonial in Ritual Format.
The Talisman is usually Made at the Planetary Hour ,In a specific,if not exact,Lunar Influence and Time,in a Season of Endeavor.The Time and Energy that it Takes to Create a Talisman is quite Astute,such as
